- We want you to be satisfied and happy with your order. If you’re not, please email us at info@midral.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Our returns and refunds policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, without marks. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all free accessories such as cases and cloths.
- Returned items will usually be processed within 3 – 5 working days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. There is no need to return your item via a next-day courier or expedited shipping method.
- We only refund original shipping fees if an item arrived damaged or incorrect or if there was an error in processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns based on preference reasons such as color, fit, size or any other preference. We also reserve the right to limit the number of returns.
- If you receive an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Incorrect or damaged products must be returned within 15 days of arrival in the exact condition in which they were received. This policy does not cover accidental damage. In case we determine a returned item has signs of accidental damage we will return the product back to you without refund.
- If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, you must return the product within 15 days of arrival in the same condition in which it was received and we will replace the lens package at no additional cost. All lens orders are independently evaluated upon return for correctness. If the order was made accurately according to the prescription originally submitted, you will not be eligible for a return and we will send the item back to you.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will usually arrive in your account within 8-10 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take longer
- Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason before order completion please email us on info@midral.com as soon as you can after placing the order. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its reception.
