Terms of sale
  • You confirm that you are aged 18 or over and are not ordering on behalf of another person – unless they are a dependent minor.
  • You agree to place an order on our website using your correct name, address, date of birth and any other details requested.
  • All prescriptions that you supply to us must have been given to you by a registered medical practitioner/optician following a vision test within the last two years.
  • When ordering prescription glasses, you are responsible for entering the correct prescription information and PD (pupillary distance) measurement as requested. No liability is accepted by for any mistake made by you in providing your prescription or PD measurement.
  • Prices displayed on are correct at time of display. We reserve the right to modify prices whether due to updates by suppliers, typographical errors, occasional promotions or currency conversion. However, once your order has been accepted, we will not change the price that applies without your agreement.
  • All products advertised on website are subject to availability. If, for any reason, we are not able to supply the product specified in the order because it’s no longer available, you will not be charged and we will refund any payment already made by you. In those circumstances we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of the failure to supply the product.
  •  We do not accept responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the products caused by you.

  •  We shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any products purchased from or advertised on our website

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of its reception.

  • You may reject the product in the case of any defect in craftsmanship or materials or any other matter resulting in the product not being of satisfactory quality. In the case of prescription glasses, this includes case where it appears to you that the prescription of the lenses does not match the prescription stated in the order. If you consider that the product is faulty, you must inform us as soon as possible and proceed with the return according to  our  Returns and Refunds policy
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time in the following cases: products are not available, the data you provided to us in connection with your purchase is incorrect or cannot be checked, your order is marked as suspicious or otherwise suggestive of fraud by our security systems, there has been an error in the indicated price of the goods, we have reason to believe that you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and do not have parental consent or we cannot deliver the goods to the address you have provided.

  • Any disputes or conflicts that may arise as a consequence of the use of website will be resolved in accordance with current EU legislation
Payment methods
  • All our methods of payment use secure connections and are guaranteed by the banks we work with, so the purchase is totally secure.
  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Google pay and Apple pay.
  • All transactions are processed in EUR. All other currencies displayed online are given as a guide only, and may be subject to alteration.
  • All payments must be made in full before glasses are sent. Payment is processed at the time of order.
  • All items will be delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order. After receipt the risk of damage to the products is passed to you.

  • Upon delivery of products you should carefully inspect them. If any of the products are damaged, please contact us immediately to inform us of the problem and do not use the products.

  • You should notify us immediately if your order is not delivered by the expected date.
  • In rare cases of products which appear to have been lost in transit, you will be required to complete a non-delivery report form provided by us. We will investigate the matter and make inquiries with the carrier. If we find that the products have been lost in transit, we will replace them without charge or offer refund.
