Shipping Policy
- We aim to send out all orders within 3-30 working days of receiving your order and/or prescription. Since most of our sunglasses are custom made, some orders may be delayed. Some glasses may take longer due to the prescription complexities. Delivery dates may also vary due to product availability, delivery location or weather conditions. We will contact you if we anticipate a delay in completing your order.
- We ship all orders as recommended parcels so you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can then track on any track&trace website, or on your local post website.
- Shipping is free.
- We ship to most countries of the world. When ordering products for delivery outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information
